Note: Orders above PKR 5,000 may require an advance payment, which will be coordinated by our delivery team.
6. Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns or offer refunds for products that arrive damaged. If your item is damaged, please email us at info@ammajansorganics.com within 2 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Refund Process
Once we verify the damage, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You may need to return the damaged item to us before a refund is processed.
Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or dissatisfaction with scent/texture—since our products are natural and handcrafted.
